Hey there! Welcome to my little neck of the woods! I’m a pastor’s wife, writer, and mom of three from Tulsa, Oklahoma. I write devotions, articles, and other spiritual-growth materials for women, over a hundred of which have been published in places like Christianity Today, The Christian Post, The Baptist Standard, Journey Magazine, Open Windows, The Joyful Life Magazine, and elsewhere. I also serve as the Director of Ministry Wives at the Tulsa Metro Baptist Network (TMBN). Mostly, though, I’m just an ordinary woman who longs to help other ordinary women find the strength they need to thrive in their everyday lives. After traveling some dark and lonely paths, I’ve learned strength doesn’t come from striving or doing better at religious things. Rather, it comes from cultivating an ever-deepening connection with our Strength Giver. He is an extraordinary God who loves lavishly, pours grace out excessively, reassures consistently, and provides courage when life seems hard and uncertain.
